LETTER SIZE SELECTION GUIDE
Determining the appropriate size of changeable copy is critical to the effectiveness of the sign. Both viewing distance and traffic speed have a significant impact on effective sizing of your copy. Typically the following letter sizes would accommodate corresponding traffic speed and viewing distance.
The chart below is a guide only. Actual sized letters are provided to allow you to display the various sizes at the sign location, drive by at normal traffic speed, and select the size that is most legible.
